The second largest city of Mexico, Guadalajara, is home to many beautiful 19th century buildings. It is the most important handicraft center in Latin America, and the home of Tequila – the soul of Mexico. As the largest commercial, financial and industrial center in western Mexico, Guadalajara is admired not only for its well-preserved historic and cultural traditions, but also for its amazing collection of various modern buildings. The sheer contrast between history and the present reflects the evolution of the city.
Walking into one of these modern buildings – Central Park Guadalajara, you will immediately feel its inherent energetic atmosphere under the cover of an external serenity. It is a high-end apartment building with a loft lobby, which is particularly bright and futuristic thanks to the ultra-large French windows. Right in front of these windows are a row of potted plants, so lush that the place seems to be full of energy of life.
Right in the middle of the lobby, a wall with lush green plants separates a quiet reading area from the other parts. The entire place is so vigorous that you can hardly tell whether you are inside or outside the house. In the corner opposite the wall, staircases made of pure white iron structures lead to the bookcases on the second floor, while delivering the beauty of spiral growth and prosperity. Take a book in hand, you can enjoy your reading time in the sofa.
If you wish to spend some time alone, you can take a seat in the LEMAN chair downstairs to enjoy undisturbed reading and the valuable tranquility in the midst of busy city life.
The same design idea of the lobby was used in room design of Central Park, too. French windows occupy an entire wall in both sitting rooms and bedrooms, allowing an enviable view and the extraordinary comfort of being a part of the great nature. The broad COAST TV cabinet looks extremely calm, contrasting a modern abstract painting of human bodies on the opposite wall. It is strangely harmonious atmosphere between this modern, cool painting and the COAST TV cabinet.
The simplistic, elegant SCREEN bed is indisputably the major character in the bedroom. On the wall above the bed, a free sketch adds a touch of art to the bedroom. At the far end behind the window, a set of VENUS chair and foot rest allows perfect peace time. With a cup of tea, or just sitting there, you can enjoy the view outside and the freedom of mind.
