CAMERICH × Habitat | The Life Aesthetics on the Coastline

Nestled in the beautiful northern coastal city of China, Qinhuangdao, Habitat boasts a prime location with breathtaking ocean views. Designed by the world-famous architect Moshe Safdie, the project utilizes innovative modular architecture and unique layouts to embody the ideal living of "a garden for every household".

Moshe Safdie

Renowned Israeli-Canadian Architect


Safdie graduated from McGill University's School of Architecture in Montreal in 1961. He rose to fame with his project Habitat 67, a landmark of Montreal. He founded Safdie Architects in 1964 and won the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Gold Medal in 2015.




Habitat effortlessly combines private gardens, plenty of sunlight, stunning landscapes, and innovative modular structures to create a lifestyle that's beautifully in tune with nature. Whether the central public garden or the private courtyard of each unit, residents can relish the natural beauty of the changing seasons while enjoying expansive views and basking in the abundant sunlight.

As an advocate for "light on renovations, heavy on decorations," Aaron highlights that the renovation philosophy for everyday homes should differ from that of vacation homes—it should center on simplicity and functionality, enhancing comfort through thoughtfully placed decors. For him, the ideal living environment is not just functional but also makes life comfortable and easy.

The large and bright living room is the heart of the home. With its open design, natural light pours in, giving the space an open and airy feel.





The modular RUBIX sofa in the living room offers remarkable versatility and can easily adapt to various living situations. Whether it's for everyday leisure activities or family gatherings, it serves as the ideal spot for residents to unwind and connect, feeling as if they're embraced by a vast ocean.

The dining area continues the simple yet elegant design of the living area. The enormous floor-to-ceiling windows create a cozy and chic atmosphere for residents to dine and wine, all while gazing out at the breathtaking ocean views.

The STRATUS BED features a tall headboard and a screen, adding structural depth to the space while enhancing comfort every night. The design of the secondary bedroom emphasizes serenity and comfort, with a stress on the space's elegance and texture. This allows residents to take a quiet break from the hustle and bustle.

The thoughtfully designed layout features a simple yet practical office area positioned conveniently next to the window. Complete with the elegant WITTY desk and BALLET chair, it creates a perfect nook for temporary work or study.

CAMERICH User Registration Agreement

I. General

1.1 The rights of ownership and operation of the official website of Beijing Triumph Furniture Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CAMERICH") shall vest in CAMERICH.

1.2 Users shall read this Agreement carefully prior to registration and may become registered users only after agreeing to comply with this Agreement. Once registered, the agreement relationship between users and CAMERICH will form automatically, and users shall be bound by this Agreement. Before using special services or products, users shall agree to accept relevant terms of this Agreements.

1.3 This Agreement can be updated at any time by CAMERICH, and users shall note and agree that the community does not assume the obligation of notification. Notices, announcements, statements or other similar contents of the community shall constitute a part of this Agreement.

II. Services

2.1 The specific contents of CAMERICH shall be provided by the community according to the actual situation.

2.2 The community only provides relevant network services. All equipment related to network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and required costs (such as telephone fees and access fees paid for access to the Internet, as well as mobile phone fees paid for use of the mobile network) shall be borne by users.

III. User Account

3.1 Users who complete registration procedures in the registration system of the community and pass identity authentication shall become formal users and have all authorities which users are entitled to as stipulated in the community; users without authentication shall only have partial authority of the members as stipulated in the community. CAMERICH shall have the right to change the design of authorities of members.

3.2 Users can only use real names in accordance with the registration requirements and must register with their personal email address. Users shall have the obligation to ensure the security of their password and account. Any loss or damage arising from all activities conducted by users using their password and account shall be borne by users themselves, and the community shall assume no responsibility thereof. If users find any unauthorized use of their account or any other security problems, they shall immediately modify the account password, keep it appropriately and, if necessary, inform the community. The community shall assume no responsibility for illegal use of a user's account by others caused by hacking or negligent password keeping.
